The invention discloses a clamping body and a clamping device. The clamping device comprises a clamping plate and at least one clamping body which is arranged on the clamping plate, the clamping bodycomprises a hinge seat, a clamping piece and a handle, the middle of the clamping piece is hinged to the clamping piece, a clamping jaw is formed at the end of the clamping piece, the other end of theclamping piece is hinged to the middle of the handle, a cam surface is formed at the rear end of the end of the handle, the hinge seat is provided with a plane, the cam surface is in contact with theplane of the hinge seat, and the hinge seat of the clamping body is fixedly connected with the clamping plate; a lower clamping jaw which corresponds to the position of the upper clamping jaw is formed on the side of the clamping plate, the clamping piece is driven to rotate at a clamping position and a loosening releasing position through an operating handle, and the cam surface is driven to slide at a self-locking positi
