Summary: | The invention discloses a thermal spraying method for impeller cover parts. The thermal spraying method is characterized in that after cleaning, sand-blowing and section-dividing, automatic spraying stroke of sectional zone-separating is adopted for spraying runner surfaces of impeller cover parts, so that good coverage, on a sprayed part, of a coating is guaranteed, and coatings at chamfering angles of runner surfaces with relatively small diameter dimensions can be prevented from too quick upward growth, and therefore, coating compactness is improved, and loose slots formed after machining the coatings are eliminated. The thermal spraying method guarantees thickness consistency, within the integral range, of the runner surfaces of the impeller cover parts, and is set once through mechanical-man control program; and the setting process is convenient and quick, and the production efficiency is high.
