The present invention provides a conductive rubber composition as a raw material for a roller body, a transfer roller having a roller body formed by using the conductive rubber composition, and an image forming apparatus to which the transfer roller is assembled, wherein the conductive composition is capable of forming a transfer roller having a small change in roller resistance value due to differences in use environments and a small increase in roller resistance value when continuously energized, thereby continuously forming an image of good image quality.
