Multiple chip removal grooves are arranged at the position, away from one end of the cutter disc base, of the grinding portion in the circumferential direction of the grinding portion. An acute angle is formed by the extending direction of the chip removal groove and the axial direction of the grinding portion. The chip removal grooves penetratethrough the grinding portion in the axial direction of the grinding portion.
