The tool for assembling the composite material wing box comprises a fixture frame, a beam locater, a rib locater, a force measuring presser, an auxiliary support and so on, wherein the fixture frame is used for fixing a locating and clamping mechanism; the beam locateris used for locating front and rear beams; the rib locater is used for locating three wing ribs; the force measuring presser is used for clamping upper and lower wall plates and measuring a pressingforce; and the auxiliary support is used for locating the bottom ends of the wall plates.
