The device comprises an input pull rod, a directionguiding unit, and a pedestal; one end of the direction guiding unit is connected with the input pull rod through hinge joint, and the other end is connected with a servo mechanism; the pedestal is used for fixing supporting of the direction guiding unit. In applications, steering commands of a pilot are sent to the servo mechanism through the input pull rod and the direction guiding unit successively.
