Summary: | The invention discloses a magnetic carbon nanotube and a method for extracting lean meat essence from pork. The magnetic carbon nanotube Fe3O4@ Cys @ CNT is prepared by from FeSO4.7H2O, L-cysteine (Cys) and carbon nanotubes (CNT) as raw materials. The magnetic carbon nanotube Fe3O4@ Cys @ CNT is used as an adsorbent to extract the lean meat concentrate (ractopamine and clenbuterol hydrochloride) from the pork. The effective enrichment and separation of the lean meat essence in a pork sample to be tested is realized, and the sensitivity of the existing method for detection of the lean meat essence in the pork can be greatly improved.
