The invention discloses a motion detection module, which comprises a motion detection component, at least one anti-noise component and a support or a shell for fixing the motion detection component and a relative position of the anti-noise component. The motion detection component sends out an object sensing signal according to at least one change of visible light in a visual angle or infrared light intensity in space or time. The anti-noise component sends out at least one of a flash, an audio, a volatile substance, spray, an airflow and a relative displacement component and is used for removing or expelling a non-target object from leaving the visual angle; correspondingly, the invention further discloses a motion starter. The motion detection module directly eliminates false alarms fromthe source, the complex logic operation is replaced, accurate and real-time alarm or motion detection signals can be provided, and the motion detection module has the advantages of being small in size and low in power consum
