The waterproof ability of the fabric can be improved by using the polyvinyl chloride fibers to cover polyester yarn; and the waterproof fabric has a special waterproof function. 本发明公开了种防水面料，其由20D的聚氯乙烯纤维和40D的涤纶纱线混纺构成混纺面料，混纺面料的面料克重为140g/m，混纺面料的捻向为左向捻，纱线捻度为150-170捻/10cm，纱线粗细为50英支；混纺面料的纱线密度为120×120；混纺面料的织造缩率为±2％；可借助聚氯乙烯纤维对涤纶纱线的包覆混纺来提升面料的防水能力；具有防水特殊功能。
