Summary:The invention discloses a technology for preparing acrylamide through a biochemical method. According to the technology, acrylonitrile and water serve as raw materials, hydration reaction is carried out under the action of a biocatalyst, and after the reaction is completed, the filtering, refining, crystallizing and drying processes are carried out so as to obtain the acrylamide. The technology has the advantages that the biocatalyst is adopted, the environmental pollution is small, recycling can be realized, and therefore the use cost is lowered; and the reaction is complete, no by-products are generated, the reaction conditions are mild, the energy consumption is low, and the three wastes (waste water, waste solid and waste gas) are few. 本发明公开了种生化法制备丙烯酰胺的工艺,以丙烯腈和水为原料,在生物催化剂的作用下进行水合反应,反应完毕进行过滤、精制、结晶和干燥过程制备得到。本发明的优点是:采用生物催化剂,环境污染小,且可回收利用,降低了使用成本;反应完全、无副产物、反应条件温和、能耗低、三废少。
