The plunger repairing surfacing flux-cored wire is composed of a steel belt and powder. An SPCC cold-rolled carbon steel belt is adopted as the steel belt, and the filling rate of the powder is 35%-40%. The powder comprisescomponents including, by mass percent, 10%-15% of high carbon ferro chrome, 10%-15% of high carbon ferromanganese, 55%-60% of micro-carbon ferro chrome, 1%-3% of rare earth silicon and 0.5%-1% of aluminum oxide and 8%-15% of one or more of ferrovanadium, ferrotungsten, ferromolybdenum and nickel powder.
