Summary: | The invention discloses application of 6-chloro-5-nitro-2,4-diaminopyrimidine in a drug for treating chronic granulocytic leukemia. A synthesis method for the 6-chloro-5-nitro-2,4-diaminopyrimidine ischaracterized in that a target compound is prepared by reacting guanidine hydrochloride, amino formyl ethyl acetate and NaClO in an organic solvent under an acidic condition. According to the experimental research, the 6-chloro-5-nitro-2,4-diaminopyrimidine is firstly found to have excellent CML resistance, and can be used for preparing the drug for treating CML.
本发明公开了6-氯-5-硝基-2,4-二氨基嘧啶在治疗慢性粒细胞白血病药物中的应用,所述6-氯-5-硝基-2,4-二氨基嘧啶的合成方法是以盐酸胍、氨基甲酰乙酸乙酯和NaClO在酸性条件下于有机溶剂中反应制得目标化合物。本发明通过实验研究首次发现6-氯-5-硝基-2,4-二氨基嘧啶具有优良的抗CML药效,可以用于制备治疗CML的药物。 |
