The method comprises the steps: putting seed potatoes in a hot air drying environment with a flow rate of 0.3 m/s and a temperature of 35-40 DEG C, performing preheating for 1-1.5 h, putting the preheated seed potatoes quickly in a hot air drying environment with a flow rate of 0.3m/s and a temperature of 55-58 DEG C, and performing heat treatment for 40-60 minutes continuously.
