The invention discloses biological epoxy asphalt. The biological epoxy asphalt contains a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the component A contains epoxidized soybean oil and a diluent, the component B contains a curing agent, an accelerant and a defoaming agent, and the component C contains asphalt; and the mass ratio of the component A to the component C is (105-126) :45, and the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 100 : (57-520). Compared with the prior art, the biological epoxy asphalt can be used for replacing traditional petroleum asphalt; by utilizing the materials of epoxidized soybean oil, a biological curing agent and the like, the cost is remarkably lowered, and meanwhile, the thermoplastic property of a traditional asphalt material can be effectively improved, so that the biological epoxy asphalt has excellent high-low-temperature performance and anti-aging property and can be widely applied to the pavements of roads, tunnels and the like and the pavement of br
