The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: acquiring a panoramic picture collected by a fixed camera in real time; determining the currently to-be-displayed picture region; intercepting the corresponding display picture from the panoramic picture according to the region coordinate of the to-be-displayed picture region; and encoding the display picture and outputting to display equipment.
