Summary:The invention discloses a face identification system and a scanning device. The scanning device comprises an infrared laser device, a lens and a scanning galvanometer. The infrared laser device is used for emitting an infrared laser. The lens is used to converge the infrared laser on the scanning galvanometer so that the infrared laser is reflected by the scanning galvanometer and then forms scanning lines with uniform light intensity distribution on the surface of a scanned object. The scanning galvanometer is used to generate an infrared image for detecting the scanned object through rotatably making the scanning lines move on the surface of the scanned object. By using the scanning device, through only arranging the lens and the scanning galvanometer, the infrared laser of the infraredlaser device can be projected to the surface of the scanned object so as to form the scanning lines.
