The charging system comprises of: a data measurement device, which adopts an infrared height measuring mechanism to perform real time height detection on the current personnel of the parking lot charging department to obtain and output the current personnel height; a field analysis device, arranged at the parking lot charging station, connected to the data measuring device, configured to receive the current personnel height, and adjust the height of the top end of the support rod to the height obtainedby subtracting the preset height deviation from the current person height; an instant transfer device, configured to receive an appearance sharpening image, and perform fingerprint identification on the sharpened image to obtain a name of a person to which the fingerprint belongs in the sharpened image and perform instant transfer processing based on the prestored electronic account correspondingto the name of the person.
