Summary: | The invention relates to an oil transfer pump mechanical seal leakage detection sensor equipment, and especially relates to an oil drainage detection method; aiming at leakage oil product liquid drops, a liquid drop speed automatic monitoring system is added; the liquid drop speed automatic monitoring system employs a correlation type infrared photoelectric sensor, converts the oil drainage condition data into a liquid drop capacity or quantity mode via infrared detection, and outputs the data; if the oil drainage exceeds limits, an alarm is sent out. The method uses the correlation type infrared photoelectric sensor to realize non-contact measurement and is fast in response speed, high in measuring precision, and can be hardly affected by environments.
本发明涉及种输油泵机械密封泄漏检测传感器设备,尤其涉及泄油检测的方法。针对泄露油品液滴增加套液体点滴速度自动监控系统,液体点滴速度监控系统采用对射式红外光电传感器;通过红外检测,将泄油情况的数据,转化为液滴容量或数量的方式,将数据输出;若泄油超限的情况,将对其进行报警处理。本发明采用对射式红外光电传感器,它具有非接触性测量,响应速度快,受环境影响小,测量精度高等优点。 |
