The invention provides a preparation method of calcium carbonate superfine slurry. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a solution: preparing a calcium salt solution anda carbonate solution by using a solvent, and adding a surfactant into the prepared calcium salt solution and carbonate solution respectively; 2) pouring the prepared calcium salt solution and carbonate solution into a reactor at the same rate to quickly react in order to obtain mixed slurry; 3) aging the obtained mixed slurry, and performing suction filtration and washing to obtain calcium carbonate superfine slurry. The method for preparing the calcium carbonate superfine slurry has the advantages of easiness in operation, easy availability of raw materials, less preparation steps, low cost and high repeatability.
