Summary:The invention provides application of pichia pastoris fermentation product for expressing human lysozyme in broiler chicken fodder additive. The mass ratio of the pichia pastoris fermentation productfor expressing human lysozyme is 0.1-10%. The fodder consists of the following ingredients in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of corn, 2-4 parts of corn oil, 20-30 parts of soybean meal, 2-4 parts of corn protein (CP60%), 4-6 parts of DDGS (distillers dried grains with soluble), 2-4 parts of fiber pulp, 1-2 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 1-2 parts of mountain flour, 0.15-0.2 part of salt and 0.5-1.5 parts of additive premix. The bacteriolytic activity of the human lysozyme in the fodder is higher than that of egg white lysozyme which is widely used for 3 times, the fodder has the advantages ofhigh sterilization effect, wide bacteriocidal spectrum, high stability and the like, can be easily accepted by organisms, is free from drug resistance, antigenicity and toxin, and can be used for replacing antibiotic to serve
