The system comprises an input optical interface module, a processing module, an output power line communication (PLC) power interface module and a power supply module. The input optical interface module receives a fiber signals and current signals and transmits the optical fiber signals and the current signals to the processing module. The processing module carries out current carrier processing on the optical fiber signals and the current signals and loads the optical fiber signals to currents, thereby obtaining electric signals without a loop.
