Summary: | The invention discloses a reverse injection production method for a solid-encapsulated polar pole. Production is carried out by the following steps of making a die, carrying out epoxy resin preparation, carrying out vacuum mixing, carrying out die-filling pressure injection molding, and carrying out secondary curing. The die consists of a moving die, a static die and a core; a casting port is formed in the bottom of the moving die; the core is arranged above the moving die and the static die; and tiles are arranged at the outer side of the core and are used for forming a shed skirt of a solid-encapsulated polar pole. The moving die, the static die and the core are enclosed to form a moulding cavity; and a lower outgoing terminal, a vacuum arc-extinguish chamber and an upper outgoing terminal are coated inside the moulding cavity from top to bottom successively.
