When a step motor rotates, a belt wheel on a lead screw of the step motor is driven, and the belt wheel is connected with a bearing through a belt, so that the belt also moves; the belt is fixedly arranged in a belt blocking slot in a slide block a, and a cutting plate is fixed with the slide block; when the step motor rotates, the belt is driven to move, so that two groups of cutting plates alsomove; and through cutting of the same planes of the two groups of cutting plates or combined cutting in different planes of the two groups of the cutting plates, the effect of cutting a light beam toform different light spots is achieved. The light beam cutting mechanism is simple in design structure, is low in cost, is small in size and is higher in practicability. 在本发明中，当步进电机旋转时，带动步进电机丝杆上的皮带轮，而皮带轮与轴承之间是通过皮带相连的，从而皮带跟着移动；同时，皮带是固定在滑块a上的皮带卡槽内的，而切割片又是跟滑块是固定在起的；所以当步进电机旋转时，会带动皮带运动，从而2组切割片会跟着位移，通过2组切割片的相同平面的切割或者不同平面内的组合切割，达到切割光束形成不同光斑的效果，且本设计结构简单，成本低廉，体积小，实用性更强。
