A low-temperature lifting oil for vehicles comprises, by mass, 0.4-1.5% of pour point depressant, 1.22001-3.00002% of an assistant, and the balance of blended base oil prepared by blending 10# low-freezing point white oil and 32# synthetic oil according to a mass ratio of 1:1 to 3:2. A preparation method of the low-temperature lifting oil for vehicles comprises the following steps: heating the 10#low-freezing point white oil to 60-80 DEG C, adding the 32# synthetic oil, heating the obtained oil to 90-110 DEG C, mixing the oil for 10-20 min, carrying out heat-insulation dehydrating treatment for 10-20 min, cooling the treated oil to 80-90 DEG C, adding the pour point depressant and the assistant, and performing mixing at 80-100 DEG C for 60-90 min.
