The energy-saving control method for the household intelligent lamp comprises the steps that light intensity detection is performed through a light intensity detector so as to turn on or off the lamp automatically, then rough judgment is performedon whether there is a person or not through a pyroelectric infrared detector with low power consumption, precise judgment and location positioning are further performed with the help of a wide-anglecamera, and the lighting angle is dynamically adjusted afterwards so as to perform directional lighting. Therefore, there is no need to adopt a high-power lamp for extensive lighting, thereby being more energy-saving.
