Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of bioengineering and provides a compound enzyme for eggshell membrane hydrolysis. The compound enzyme comprises keratinase and alkaline protease in a massratio of 0.2-5:1, and the compound enzyme enables complete hydrolysis of eggshell membranes. An eggshell membrane hydrolysis method includes: mixing eggshell membrane dried powder with water, keepingthe temperature at 70-80 DEG C for 10-240min, cooling to 50-55 DEG C, and keeping the temperature to obtain eggshell membrane liquid; adjusting pH of the eggshell membrane liquid in a range of 8.0-8.5, adding the compound enzyme, and continuing heat preservation to obtain eggshell membrane hydrolysis mixed liquid. By adoption of the hydrolysis method, complete hydrolysis of the eggshell membranescan be realized.
