The invention discloses a method for establishing a porcine alveolar macrophage inflammatory model by in vitro infection with porcine circovirus type 2, i.e., a porcine alveolar macrophage system is subjected to in vitro infection by adopting the porcine circovirus type II. The model has the advantages of low construction cost, high practicability and advanced technology. The correlation between the infective amount and the infection time of PCV 2 and dynamic changes of the inflammatory cytokine level and reactive oxygen species can be discussed by determining cell activity and inflammatory cytokine level after virus infection is generated and the porcine alveolar macrophage inflammatory in vitro model is established.
