Summary: | The invention discloses hydrogen production equipment and process. The hydrogen production equipment comprises a hydrogen production tank, a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a hydrogen pipe. The hydrogen production tank is used for storage of coarse magnesium powder and electrolyte; the positive electrode and the negative electrode extend into the electrolyte, and when the positive electrode and the negative electrode are electrified, an oxidant is generated through electrolytic reaction and is capable of promoting the coarse magnesium powder to generate hydrogen through hydrolysisreaction; the hydrogen pipe is connected with the hydrogen production tank and used for guiding out hydrogen. Therefore, without a metering pump for measuring the added oxidant and special containersand pipelines for storage and conveying of the oxidant, the hydrogen production equipment is small in size and simple in structure.
