Summary: | The invention discloses a colorimetric and fluorescent probe capable of rapidly detecting phosgene and a synthetic method of the colorimetric and fluorescent probe. The colorimetric and fluorescent probe is characterized by being a compound 2'-aminomethyl-3',3'-dimethylpyrrolo[3,4]N-butyl-1,8-naphthalimide, wherein 1,8-naphthalimide is taken as a fluorophore, and 2'-aminomethyl-3,3'-dimethylpyrrole is taken as a reaction site of phosgene. The synthetic method comprises two times of ''one-pot reactions'', namely, oxidation/reduction reaction and methyl sulfonylation/nucleophilic substitution/reduction reaction.
