Summary: | The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant coating and a preparation method thereof. The corrosion-resistant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 97-158 parts of vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion; 87-133 parts of styrene-butadiene latex; 14-32 parts of zinc borate; 7-21 parts of kaolin; 9-24 parts of aluminum fiber; 8-25 parts of polyvinyl alcohol; 5-11 parts of polyvinyl ether;3-20 parts of hydrophobic silica; 21-48 parts of ethylene propylene diene rubber; 8-25 parts of chlorosulfonated polyethylene; and 14-25 parts of zinc fatty acid. Therefore, the corrosion-resistant coating provided by the invention is simple in formula and relatively high in corrosion resistance, can be applied to different types of metal materials, expands the use range of coatings, is long in service life, and benefits environmental protection.
