The invention provides a flexible package which is applied to the technical field of battery packages. The flexible package at least comprises a protecting layer, a framework layer and a sealing layer, wherein the framework layer is arranged between the protecting layer and the sealing layer; the flexible package satisfies that tensile moduli of the materials of the framework layer, the protectinglayer and the sealing layer are sequentially decreased, or elongations of the framework layer, the protecting layer and the sealing layer are sequentially increased.
