Embodiments of the invention disclose an intelligent speaker-based dialogue method and device, and an electronic device. The method comprises the steps of when a preset instruction is received, controlling the intelligent speaker to enter a chat mode; collecting a voice control instruction; parsing an audio stream corresponding to the voice control instruction, so as to obtain a to-be-executed task included in the voice control instruction; determining a priority of the to-be-executed task, and adding the to-be-executed task to a task queue of a corresponding priority according to the priority; and executing the to-be-executed task in the task queue according to the priority of the task queue, wherein the voice control instruction does not contain a wakeup word matching the intelligent speaker.
