Through the arrangement of the shock absorption components, shaking of the base relative to the bottom surface can be effectively reduced, severe impact of the base relative to the bottom surface is avoided to occur, thus it is avoided that equipment makes too much noise in the graphite stirring process and it is ensured that workers work in a good working environment.
