The present invention discloses uses of chlorogenic acid in preparation of injections with skin whitening effect. According to the present invention, the pharmacodynamic experiment results show that chlorogenic acid can significantly inhibit the synthesis of melanin, and has the effect significantly superior to the existing drug arbutin, and the effect of the chlorogenic acid injection is better than the effect of the oral preparation; and the clinical trial results show that the average effective rate in the treatment of pigmentation is 100% and the skin color L values of each group of subjects are decreased significantly after the subjects are administered with the chlorogenic acid for injection, such that the results indicate that chlorogenic acid has significant skin whitening effect. 本发明公开了绿原酸在制备具有皮肤增白作用的注射剂中的用途。药效实验表明，绿原酸对黑色素的合成具有显著的抑制作用，效果明显优于现有药物熊果苷，且绿原酸注射剂的效果更优于口服制剂。在临床实验中，受试者给予注射用绿原酸后，治疗色素沉积平均有效率达100％，且各组受试者的皮肤颜色L值下降明显，表明绿原酸对皮肤具有显著的增白效果。
