The invention discloses a damping device for computer assistance. The damping device comprises a support plate, a damping rod and a damping sliding seat. Supporting folding plates are arranged on bothsides of the support plate, and the supporting folding plates and the support plate are integrally formed. Side guard plates are arranged on the upper sides of the supporting folding plates, and theside guard plates are integrally formed with the supporting folding plates. The side guard plates and the supporting folding plates are separately provided with bolt grooves, and a connecting plate isdetachably connected to the bottom of the support plate. The damping rod is hinged to the lower side of the connecting plate. The side guard plates are arranged on both sides of the upper portion ofthe support plate, and the bolt grooves are formed in the side guard plates, so that a computer can be reliably fixed to the support plate; and the damping rod and a fixing plate with the damping sliding seat are arranged below
