Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a novel DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) hydrogel. The preparation method comprises the following steps of S1, assembling single chains of DNA by self to form two module structures; S2, respectively performing agarose gel electrophoresis purifying and quantifying on the two module structures; S3, enabling initiating chains to trigger the two module structures to generate hybrid chain reaction, so as to form a DNA nanometer structure which is of a three-dimensional net shape; S4, placing the DNA nanometer structure of the three-dimensional net shape under an atom force microscope, imaging and observing; S5, hatching the established DNA nanometer structure of the three-dimensional net shape, so as to form the solid-state hydrogel.
