Summary: | The invention discloses acid-corrosion-resistant low-alloy steel. The microstructure of the low-alloy steel is a ferrite and a pearlite. The acid-corrosion-resistant low-alloy steel comprises the chemical elements of, by mass, greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.2% of C, 0.15-0.4% of Si, 0.15-0.75% of Mn, 0.001-0.015% of S, 0.15-0.95% of Cr, 0.08-0.3% of Cu, 0.005-0.08% of Sb and the balance Fe and other inevitable impurities, wherein the value of (Sb+Cu)/3S is 5 to 35. The invention further discloses a steel pipe and a steel plate made of the acid-corrosion-resistant low-alloy steel and manufacturing methods of the steel pipe and the steel plate. According to the acid-corrosion-resistant low-alloy steel, the optimized alloy element design is adopted, so that the acid-corrosion-resistant low-alloy steel has relatively high acid corrosion resistance, and in terms of the economic value, the low-alloy steel is more economical compared with a steel type such as 2205 duplex stainlesssteel in the prior art. |
