Summary: | The invention provides a low-temperature preparation method for red-light emitted CQDs (carbon quantum dots). The method comprises following steps: o-phenylenediamine and 1,8-diaminonaphthalene are added to N,N-dimethylformamide for dissolving, and stirring is performed for 10-15 min; a solution is added to a hydrothermal reactor for sealing, the temperature of the solution is increased to 120-200DEG C and kept for 6-18 h, and a CQD solution is obtained; the CQD solution is dried, and powder is obtained and is the red-light emitted CQDs. According to the low-temperature preparation method, the red-light emitted CQDs can be synthesized in a temperature range of 120-200 DEG C, the preparation technology has a low requirement, and the industrialized production is easier.
本发明为种红光发射碳量子点的低温制备方法。该方法包括以下步骤:将邻苯二胺和1,8-萘二胺加入到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中溶解,搅拌10~15min;将溶液放入水热釜中密闭,然后将溶液温度升高至120-200℃,保温时间6-18h,得到碳量子点溶液,烘干后得到粉末,即红光发射碳量子点。本发明在120~200℃均可合成红光发射的碳量子点,制备工艺要求低,更易于工业化生产。 |
