The invention discloses a PA12 composite and a preparation method thereof. The PA12 composite is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of PA12 resin, 5-15 parts of semi-aromatic nylon, 40-60 parts of polyketone resin, 3-8 parts of filler, 1-5 parts of a compatilizer, 0.5-1 part of a lubricant and 0.1-0.5 parts of an antioxidant. Strength, toughness, heat resistanceand barrier property of the PA12 composite are improved by synergistic effect among the components. 本发明公开了种PA12复合材料及其制备方法。PA12复合材料按重量份计包括如下组分：30份-50份PA12树脂、5份-15份半芳香尼龙、40份-60份聚酮树脂、3份-8份填料、1份-5份相容剂、0.5份-1份润滑剂、0.1份-0.5份抗氧剂。本公开通过各组分之间的协同效应，提高了PA12复合材料的强度、韧性、耐热性和阻隔性。
