The invention discloses an intelligent lamp and an intelligent control system used by the same. The intelligent lamp comprises a light emitting component, a drive power supply and a control component,wherein the drive power supply supplies power to the control component and the light emitting component, the control component comprises a micro control unit (MCU) and a dimming part, wherein the MCUsends a control command to the dimming part, the dimming part controls the light emitting component to work, a command communication part comprises a first receiving module used for receiving home gateway signals or independent wireless router signals and a remote control code matching module. The intelligent lamp is characterized in that the control component further comprises an external environment monitoring part that is connected with the MCU, and a 2.4G radio frequency module used for receiving remote controller signals is integrated into the MCU.
