Summary: | The invention relates to a low-shrinkage and flame-retardant high impact polystyrene material and a preparation method thereof. The low-shrinkage and flame-retardant high impact polystyrene material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60-74 parts of HIPS resin, 3-8 parts of toughening agent, 5-15 parts of high-heat-resistant polystyrene, 12-16 parts of flame retardant, 3-5 parts of antimonous oxide, 0.5-1.5 parts of lubricant, 3-10 parts of reinforcing agent and 0.1-0.5 part of antioxidant. According to the technical scheme, by addition of syndiotactic polystyrene, the molecular structure has high rigidity, the heat distortion temperature is high, the movement of an HIPS molecular chain can be inhibited, the overall heat resistance and rigidity of the composite material can be improved, and the shrinkage can be reduced; and the reinforcing agent and the syndiotactic polystyrene can generate synergistic effects to solve the problem of reduction of impact strength caused by solely addi |
