Summary: | The invention discloses a sun-resistant bamboo-plastic material. The sun-resistant bamboo-plastic material is prepared from, by weight, 1-2 parts of n-salicylanilide, 14-20 parts of bamboo powder, 110-130 parts of polypropylene, 20-25 parts of photocatalytic fiber sol, 3-4 parts of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 0.7-1 part of zinc acetylacetonate, 1-2 parts of mercaptan butyltin and 0.6-1 part of bisphenol a diglycidyl ether. By adoption of diphenylmethane diisocyanate cross-linked polypropylene, the fiber sol is added in a cross-linking process, an internal network structure of polypropylene is improved while dispersion compatibility of the fiber sol in polypropylene is improved, and accordingly mechanical stability of a finished product is improved. Benzotriazole and titanium sol both have great ultraviolet resistance, and sun resistance of the finished product is improved.
