The method comprises thefollowing steps: firstly taking synanthrin as a raw material to prepare a bromo-synanthrin derivative, adding sodium azide to prepare a synanthrin azide derivative, reducing azide into a glycosaminoglycan derivative, and ensuring that the glycosaminoglycan derivative is in further reaction with an active carbonyl group, so as to form the pyridine schiff base synanthrin derivative.
