An extraction and separation method for a Radix Notoginseng medicine material is disclosed. The method includes subjecting washed and drained Radix Notoginseng to ultrafine pulverization in low-temperature condition; free-drying at -10 DEG C for 3-5 h; then performing ultrasonic wall breaking treatment at 40-70 DEG C; subjecting the obtained Radix Notoginseng ultrafine powder to ultrasonic extraction for three times with ethanol having a concentration of 75%, with the volume of the ethanol being 9 times of the volume of the ultrafine powder, and with each time of ultrasonic extraction being performed for 2 h; performing filtration, recovering the ethanol, and diluting an extract liquid obtained with distilled water to allow the ethanol content in the extract liquid to be no more than 0.5%;then performing filtration with a hollow fiber membrane filter to obtain an ultrafiltrate the molecular weight of which is 2000 or below; concentrating the ultrafiltrate until the density is 1.5 g/mlto obtain a concentrate;
