一种基于泡沫镍上的超级电容器复合电极材料的制备方法

本发明属于超级电容器电极材料制备技术领域,特指一种基于泡沫镍上的超级电容器复合电极材料的制备方法。称取镍盐、硫脲与谷胱甘肽,加入溶剂中,搅拌至分散均匀,并加入基于泡沫镍上的CoO电极材料,于120-200℃下水热8-16h,所得产品水洗、醇洗各三次,烘干后即可得到以泡沫镍为基底的四氧化三钴/硫化镍复合电极材料。本发明中,采用硫脲作为硫源以及沉淀剂方法简便且污染较小。并且利用谷胱甘肽作为还原剂,可使原本实心微米束转变为空心微米束,能够有效地保持电子与离子的传输。通过水热法所得的NiS与CoO结合的更牢固。 The invention belongs to the technical field...
