The invention relates to a curved plate heat exchanger, specifically the curved plate heat exchanger which can be suitable for energy saving of textile wastewater and other waste-heat sewage, and belongs to the technical field of waste-heat sewage heat energy exchange. The curved plate heat exchanger comprises a heat exchange box body, wherein the heat exchange box body comprises partitions with cavities; the bottoms of the partitions are welded with a bottom plate; a spiral structure is formed in a mode that the partitions extend towards the outer ring of the box body from the center of the box body; a clear water runner is formed in an area among the inner cavities of the partitions; and a sewage runner is formed in an area among the outer side walls of the partitions. The curved plate heat exchanger is simple and reasonable in structure, is convenient and quick in manufacturing, effectively reduces manual manufacturing cost, is strong in practicability and applicability, can be usedon each production machi
