The method concretely comprises the following steps: 1) preparing the base fabric; 2) performing forming weaving on the base fabric layer; 3) performing low-temperature heating post-treatment; 4) immersing the preparedlace in an assistant for 1-2 h; 5) performing cooking and stretching setting; 6) and performing air drying, wherein the assistant is an antistatic softener. The high-softness antistatic lace has goodantistatic property. 本发明公开了种高柔软性防静电花边的制备方法，花边包括底布层，所述底布层上方设有刺绣层，具体飞制备步骤为，1）准备底布；2）在底布层上成形编织；3）低温加热后处理；4）再将制备好的花边置于助剂中浸泡1h-2h；5）蒸煮后拉伸定型；6）晾干；其中，助剂为防静电柔顺剂。本发明具有较好的抗静电性能。
