Summary:The invention discloses a phosphating process of steel. The phosphating process comprises the following steps that (1) slag removal, grinding and surface rust removal are carried out on the steel; (2)oil removal liquid is heated to range from 50 DEG C to 60 DEG C, then a workpiece is added into the oil removal liquid, and manual stirring is carried out for 3 min to 5 min; (3) the workpiece obtained after oil removal is placed in tap water at 70 DEG C to be cleaned; (4) the cleaned workpiece is placed in 3%-5% diluted hydrochloric acid to be activated for 0.5 min to 1 min; (5) the activated workpiece is placed in phosphating liquid at 70 DEG C-85 DEG C for 30 min to 45 min; and (6) the phosphatized workpiece is added into filling liquid at 90 DEG C and is taken out after 15 min, and afterfilling, sealing treatment is carried out in lubricating oil.
