The method overcomes the shortcoming that the existing western Hubei red bean is low in seed germination rate and growth rate, and greatly shortens the culture period of the western Hubei red bean. The method includes selecting seeds with full grain as a material, placing the seeds with 5mmsmall mouths in a thermostatic water bath at 40oC, immersing the seeds for 2h, then cutting the seeds into small pieces with a sterile scalpel, placing the pieces in a medium MS+6-BA 0.5mg L-1+NAA 0.2mg L-1 and culturing for 10-14d.
