Summary: | The invention discloses a method for recovering lithium chloride and titanium dioxide from lithium titanate waste, which comprises the following steps: calcining lithium titanate waste for 1-5 hours at 200-500 DEG C; then leaching the calcined material with hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, and filtering to obtain titanium-containing filter residue and lithium-containing filtrate; directlycalcining the titanium-containing filter residue for 2-8 hours at 600-1000 DEG C to obtain titanium dioxide; adding lithium hydroxide to the lithium-containing filtrate, adjusting the pH of the filtrate within the range of 6-11, and performing deep removal of impurity and filtering; and evaporating, concentrating, crystallizing and drying the filtration obtained by filtering to obtain obtain lithium chloride.
